    Description

    Frozen Duck Neck

    Heat the cast iron pot over high heat until it boils. Add duck necks. Cover with a lid and reduce the heat to simmer for about 60 minutes. If you like it more tender, extend the simmering time a bit longer. It’s a special treat for Saturday nights and special occasions. The neck comes in different varieties of spiciness. Custom cutting is our specialty and we are masters at it.
